• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order number, is required.

Note: Certain items, including final sale products or personalized goods, may not be eligible for refunds unless defective or incorrect.
